Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking a store manager to lead a Sunshine Coast store. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth store operations from VM to stock control.

In this role you will manage a team of Retail Sales Assistants, maintain brand standards, and implement rosters that optimise trade while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

• Based in the Sunshine Coast this hands‑on leadership role puts you in charge of everything that keeps the store running like clockwork.
