Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Mackay, QLD to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance with a focus on customer experience and brand standards.

You will coach a team of up to 10, manage stock and rosters, and uphold presentation guidelines while delivering exceptional service. The role offers a 38-hour week, bonuses, clothing and phone allowances, and strong career progression opportunities.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
