Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Mackay, QLD to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a team, drive brand values, maintain presentation standards, and work with stock allocation to optimise space and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 10 team members.

• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and store compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
