Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Coomera, QLD to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 20, drive Ghanda values, and maintain exceptional store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines.

• Attitude over experience; prior retail/hospitality background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator and managing stock levels to maximise floor space ROI
• Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
