Job summary

Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Karrinyup, WA to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will oversee up to 30 team members, drive Ghanda values and ensure superb store presentation while meeting sales targets.

The role offers a 38-hour week with overtime penalties if over hours, generous remuneration including clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme and unlimited clothing discount for you and your family.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 30 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
