Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Tamworth, NSW to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor, coach a team of up to 20, and drive brand standards.

You’ll be responsible for rosters, stock levels, store presentation and delivering outstanding customer service, while embracing Ghanda values and contributing to ongoing team development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to empower a team.
• Customer-first mindset and strong retail fundamentals.
• Retail/hospitality experience is valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 20 team members on the shop floor.
• Drive Ghanda values and brand standards with the store team.
• Maintain high store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and team/store compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
