Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Byron Bay, NSW, to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach up to 20 team members, uphold Ghanda’s values, and ensure exceptional store presentation aligned with brand direction.

You’ll liaise with stock operations to optimise floor space and drive sales through effective rostering and reporting. The role emphasizes customer-first service, practical retail leadership, and a pathway for progression within Ghanda’s store network.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
