Ghanda Clothing Mackay is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Mackay, QLD. You will coach and guide a team of up to 10, driving Ghanda values and delivering outstanding in-store experiences.

This role focuses on maintaining visual standards, coordinating with stock to optimise floor space, and preparing rosters and sales reports. You will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and consistent store performance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
