Choice Discounts is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Kallangur store in Brisbane. This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a passion for retail.

The store is one of our fastest-paced locations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance, while leading a team of sales associates to maximise productivity and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role.
• Experience in Discount, Department store or Supermarkets is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Flexibility to work across the whole week as we are a 7 day trader.

About the role

As the Retail Store Manager at Choice Discounts', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kallangur store.
