• Available to work across the whole week as we are a 7 day trader.

As the Retail Store Manager at Choice Discounts', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kallangur store. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the retail industry. This is one of our fastest paced stores, no day is ever quiet!

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

Analyse sales data and make strategic decisions to improve store performance

Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive business growth and profitability

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role

Previous experience in Discount, Department store or Supermarkets is essential

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
