Job summary

Party Mix - Perth Party & Cake Supplies in Perth seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales, coach a team of 4–8, and keep the store vibrant and well-presented. You’ll report to the owner and have autonomy to run things your way.

You will drive targets, manage stock and merchandising, and help implement systems to modernize operations while growing both online and in-store channels. You’ll shape a welcoming, energetic store culture.

Job description

You'll run the show day-to-day — driving sales, leading and hyping up the team, keeping the store looking fabulous, and making sure every customer leaves with exactly what they need for their next big celebration. You'll report straight to the owner, with real autonomy to run things your way. You'll also help us level up behind the scenes — bringing in new systems and smarter ways of working so the business runs smoother and keeps growing, including upgrading how we handle stock and point-of-sale, and helping build out our online shop alongside our bricks-and-mortar store.
