Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail management role.
• Experience in Discount, Department store or Supermarkets is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Available to work across the whole week as we are a 7 day trader.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to maximise productivity and sales.
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure company standards.
