House & Garden is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Norwood store in Adelaide. This role requires ownership, developing people and driving results while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As part of the leadership team, you'll coach a small retail team, drive sales through service, manage visual merchandising, and oversee stock, rosters and store operations. The role also coordinates our webstore pick-and-pack and monitors KPIs.

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Norwood store. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and driving results while creating an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As Store Manager you will:

Lead, coach and develop a small retail team to achieve outstanding results.

Drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong retail leadership.

Create inspiring visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards.

Manage store operations including rostering, stock control and day-to-day performance.

Monitor budgets, KPIs and sales performance while identifying opportunities for growth.

Oversee the daily coordination of our webstore pick-and-pack operation, ensuring workflows are organised, staffing is scheduled appropriately and customer orders are dispatched efficiently.
