House & Garden is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Norwood store in Adelaide. This role requires ownership, developing people and driving results while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As part of the leadership team, you'll coach a small retail team, drive sales through service, manage visual merchandising, and oversee stock, rosters and store operations. The role also coordinates our webstore pick-and-pack and monitors KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small retail team to achieve outstanding results.
• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong retail leadership.
• Create inspiring visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards.
• Manage store operations including rostering, stock control and day-to-day performance.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and sales performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily coordination of webstore pick-and-pack operations, ensuring workflows organized and staffing scheduled.
