Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking experienced Retail Security Officers across multiple sites in Western Australia. You will deliver high-quality customer service, identify risks and resolve issues while maintaining professional conduct in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1–2 years in retail security, a WA Security Licence and a First Aid qualification. The role offers training, development opportunities and employee benefits as part of our proactive team.

THE POSITION

We are seeking experienced Retail Security Officers for multiple sites.. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus and level of professionalism. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality front-line customer service and support;
• Risk identification and issue resolution;
• Working within a team environment;
• The ability and confidence to work on your own;
• General security duties including administration tasks;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas

• Previous Experience is highly desirable;
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
• Ability to work a rotating roster;
• First Aid Qualification;
• Strong report writing and computer skills;
• Professional personal presentation;
• Exceptional work attendance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1-2 years as Retail Security Officer
• A current and valid WA Security Licence
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
