Wilson Security in Melbourne CBD is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to lead 20+ staff across multiple buildings. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with Level 5 rates and entitlements for First Aid and Deputy Supervisor responsibilities.

You will coordinate staffing, oversee gatehouse operations, CCTV/Access Control monitoring, and respond to emergencies while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with clients and tenants.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising 20+ staff across a multi-building precinct.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends).
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Level 5 rates plus Leading Hand, First Aid and Deputy Supervisor entitlements

• Strong leadership, team coordination and stakeholder management skills required

Wilson Security is expanding in Victoria, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
