Job summary

Wilson Security is expanding its NSW operations, offering full-time, part-time and casual roles across Gunnedah and surrounding areas. Positions include DIDO roles with accommodation and meals provided, and shifts day, night and weekends on a 4 days on / 4 days off roster.

Applicants must pass pre-employment medicals and hold a security licence. The roles involve customer service delivery, mobile patrols, gatehouse duties, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting, with training across locations

Qualifications

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location: Gunnedah, Mauls Creek and The Vickery, NSW - Tamworth area and surrounds

Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available

DIDO (Drive In, Drive Out) role

Accommodation and meals provided

Days, nights and weekend shifts available

12-hour shifts available, on a 4 days on / 4 days off roster

Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment to meet mine site requirements

Wilson Security is expanding in NSW, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across 2 x different locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
• Monitoring vehicular traffic on and off site
• Mobile patrols
• Gatehouse duties
• Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Identifying and reporting hazards and faults for rectification
• Responding to emergency situations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
• Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
• Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Security licence required
• Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
