Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking a Control Room Operator in Melbourne's CBD to join a 24/7 monitoring team for a high-profile client. You will handle CCTV monitoring, incident response, and communications with on-site security teams.

Applicants must hold a Victorian Security Licence, First Aid & CPR, and a full driver’s license. The role starts casual with a path to full-time, with training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Security Licence and control room capability.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor control room duties for client sites.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond to incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with security teams and provide clear communications.

About the roles:

• Must have control room on your license and experience

• CBD location
• Roster: Rotating between four weeks of day shifts and four weeks of night shifts.
• Shift times: Days 06:30-18:30; nights 18:30-06:30.
• Employment type: Initially casual, with a transition to full-time employment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
