Key responsibilities include patrols, monitoring, response to alarms, and accurate reporting. The position requires a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control (mandatory).
• Previous retail security or monitoring experience.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Retail Security and customer service.
• Conduct patrols, monitoring, and surveillance.
• Perform access control and crowd management.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Identify and manage risk and loss prevention issues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs.
