Securecorp is seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer to support a retail site in North Lakes, QLD. The role concentrates on loss prevention, access control, incident response, and customer service to uphold professional security standards.

Key responsibilities include patrols, monitoring, response to alarms, and accurate reporting. The position requires a current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control (mandatory).
• Previous retail security or monitoring experience.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Retail Security and customer service.
• Conduct patrols, monitoring, and surveillance.
• Perform access control and crowd management.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Identify and manage risk and loss prevention issues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs.
