Job summary

Securecorp Protective Services is seeking professional, reliable Retail Security Officers to join our team across multiple retail sites in the Melbourne area. The roles include full-time, part-time and casual rosters, with placement at Bundoora.

You will guard, patrol, monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring safety. Candidates must hold a current Security License and First Aid & CPR certification, with retail security

Qualifications

• Holds a current Security License and First Aid & CPR certification.
• Proven experience in the security industry, retail preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services with high customer service standards.
• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent loss and ensure safety.
• Control access and liaise with management and emergency services as required.
• Respond to incidents and maintain incident reports and logs.
• Support enforcement of company policies and safety regulations.
