Job summary

Baby Bunting is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at our Helensvale store to deliver outstanding customer service and create welcoming in-store experiences for new and expectant parents. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, manage stock, and work a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

The role is permanent part-time with various rosters. If you enjoy helping families and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, this is your moment to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 15kg and wear a headset for team communication.

The area is easy to access via the M1 and surrounding main roads, with ample parking available, and is also well serviced by Helensvale train and light rail station nearby. With Westfield Helensvale, cafés and takeaway options close by, it offers a convenient and well-connected setting for both work and breaks.

Multiple Rosters

• RSA 1: Sunday 10:00am–5:00pm | Monday 12:45pm–5:45pm
• RSA 2: Wednesday 12:30pm–5:30pm | Thursday 2:30pm–7:30pm | Saturday 12:00pm–5:00pm
• RSA 3: Tuesday 12:45pm–5:45pm | Friday 9:00am–2:00pm | Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm

What You Bring To The Team

• Prior Customer Service Experience.

• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
