Baby Bunting, Australia’s largest nursery retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming in-store experiences for new and expectant parents at our Coffs Harbour store.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, manage stock, and work a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The role offers part-time hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.

Located in the Park Beach Homemaker Centre in Coffs Harbour, this store sits within a busy retail precinct alongside major home and lifestyle retailers, creating consistent customer traffic throughout the day. The location is easily accessible via the Pacific Highway, with ample parking available onsite and in the surrounding centre. It is also well serviced by local transport options. With cafés, eateries and shopping close by, it offers a convenient and well-connected setting for both work and breaks.

Employment Type – Permanent Part-Time

Multiple Rosters

RSA 1: Monday 12:00pm–5:00pm | Thursday 12:45pm–5:45pm | Sunday 9:30am–2:30pm

RSA 2: Tuesday 10:00am–3:00pm | Sunday 12:30pm–5:30pm

RSA 3: Friday 9:00am–2:00pm | Saturday 11:00am–4:00pm

About the Role

What You Bring To The Team

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
