Job summary

Baby Bunting is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at our Helensvale store to deliver exceptional customer service to new and expectant parents and help them choose the right products. You’ll join a friendly team, handle stock, demonstrate products, and work a rotating roster with weekend shifts.

Prior retail/customer service experience is valued, as is a professional, empathetic approach to assisting families in-store.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 15kgs, wear headset, stand for long periods.

With Westfield Helensvale, cafés and takeaway options close by, it offers a convenient and well-connected setting for both work and breaks

Employment Type – Permanent Part-Time

RSA 1: Thursday 10:00am–3:00pm | Friday 11:00am–4:00pm | Sunday 10:00am–3:00pm

RSA 2: Wednesday 12:30pm–5:30pm | Thursday 1:00pm–6:00pm | Saturday 8:30am–1:30pm

What You Bring To The Team

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
