Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to simplify store operations across multiple locations. You will map processes, analyze data and collaborate with frontline teams to identify the changes that matter most.

You will design operating rhythms, roadmaps and tools for multi-site leaders, implement improvements in a live retail environment and measure impact on leadership capacity and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Map operational processes and identify bottlenecks, duplication and opportunities to simplify work.
• Use data, observation and stakeholder input to develop a practical improvement roadmap.
• Design clearer operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks and tools for multi-site leaders.
• Design, test and implement improvements in a live retail environment.
• Measure the impact on leadership capacity, store performance and team experience.
