Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to build and scale the operational engine across stores, Omni channels, and campaigns. You will lead strategy, systems, processes and projects to deliver an exceptional community experience while driving commercial performance, including the new store opening program.

You will manage a small team of Retail Operations Specialists across Store Ops, IT, Campaigns, and Communications, ensuring clear structure and fast, reliable execution to support growth

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in retail, including operations and store openings.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a multi-site network.
• Strong focus on governance, budgets and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Retail Operations strategy to ensure smooth store performance.
• Lead NSO (New Store Opening) program from planning to doors open.
• Manage Retail Operations budget and partner with leadership on productivity and costs.
• Turn store feedback and data into reporting and smart decisions with checks for compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs, operating guides and critical event plans.
• Lead multi-project rollouts across the business to drive efficiency.
