Job summary

Endeavour Group in Australia seeks a Business Improvement Lead to drive end-to-end diagnostics, mapping, and value-stream design across our store network. The role emphasizes practical, on-ground improvements in retail operations and cost-effectiveness.

You will collaborate with store teams and leadership to identify bottlenecks, run workshops, and deliver ROI-backed recommendations. The role is an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne or Sydney, with interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business/Process Improvement within an operational environment.
• Experience in business or management consulting is highly regarded.
• Experience with structured problem-solving approaches and driving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics and baseline operational reviews.
• Map and model target business processes and value streams to streamline operations.
• Define problems, generate hypotheses, and present ROI-backed business cases to leadership.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects and implement new operating models.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and engage store operators and leaders.
