Job summary

FABE operates brand concepts Piccolo Me, Sol Bowl and Go Dark across multiple venues. We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven multi-site operator who can drive profitability, standardize operations, and coach franchisees in a high-growth environment.

You will lead tech adoption across platforms, optimise COGS, maintain product quality and customer experience, and roll out new sites and marketing initiatives while scaling brand presence in Sydney and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-site operator in a high-growth hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools, POS ecosystems, data analytics and delivery channels.
• Ability to coach franchisees while balancing brand standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisee owners to boost unit profitability, optimise COGS, and hit top-line sales targets.
• Drive adoption of internal tech platforms, AI operational tools, digital ordering systems, and delivery channel optimisations.
• Ensure the signature vibe, product quality, and customer service across all brands.
• Lead operational rollouts for new sites, virtual concepts, product innovations, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain exceptional customer engagement channels and strong relationships across the franchise network.
