Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Shepparton, building relationships with retailers and executing replenishment, ticketing, and display builds. The role offers about 15 hours per week with Tuesday–Friday availability and a driver’s license.

You’ll work autonomously to meet planograms and quality standards. This position emphasizes in-store relationships, compliance, and promotions, with the opportunity to join a large national

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks & photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
