Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage a Portland territory in an ongoing casual role. You will handle replenishment, ticketing, displays, and launches while building strong relationships with retailers.

Average 5–8 hours per week, Tue–Thu availability essential. Requires driver license and car. Competitive rate AU$34.34 per hour plus kilometres. Roster provided 2 weeks in advance and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor environments preferred.
• Current Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong, friendly communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store personnel.
• Create and maintain high-quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally and positively.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

• Hours: Average of 5-8hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Successful candidate will need
