Job summary

Four S Group Pty Ltd seeks a capable Retail Manager to run the Hillsdale restaurant and takeaway outlet. You will oversee stock, purchasing, pricing, promotions, and customer service, while budgeting and supervising a small team to sustain efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management of quick-service or takeaway food outlets.
• Strong stock control, purchasing, pricing, and sales knowledge.
• Budgeting, financial recordkeeping and cost management experience.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Understanding of inventory management and wastage control.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to monitor performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage daily retail operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Determine product mix, stock levels and customer service standards.
• Monitor demand, sales trends and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers on quality, pricing and availability.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stocktakes to minimise wastage.
• Coordinate in-store, takeaway and online ordering operations.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
