Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma level qualification in retail management, business, management or a related field.
• Relevant retail/grocery or supermarket management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Merchandise, price, and manage store presentation to maximise sales.
• Monitor sales performance and control operational costs.
• Ensure customer service is of a high standard and issues are resolved promptly.
• Plan rosters, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with WHS and food safety.
