Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business, retail management or related field is desirable.
• Strong staff management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster retail staff.
• Monitor stock levels, purchase and replenish inventory, liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain product displays, pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales, costs and budgets; assist with financial reporting.
