Lowespetrol in Australia is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused service station. You will drive daily operations, emphasise customer-first service, and grow impulse sales through effective merchandising.

You will manage a small team across 6-day trading, oversee food and coffee operations, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering consistent store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR environments.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.

We'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.
