World Gym Prospect is seeking a motivated Retail Manager to lead the Pro Shop and Barbell Café retail operations, delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales.

You will interview staff, manage inventory, mentor a small team, oversee visual merchandising, and use social media to promote products and services. A passion for health and fitness and strong customer service are essential.

We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an exceptional member experience at World Gym Prospect.

The Role:

You will contribute to the success ofWorld Gym Prospect.This is a very hands-on role and will see you leading from the front in all areas of retail customer service.

The role will oversee the day-to-day operation of our Pro Shop, including retail sales, stock management, administration, staff leadership, promotions, social media activity, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. Fitness industry experience is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the department and contribute to its continued growth.
