Are you passionate about fitness, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Membership Consultant to join the team at World Gym Cairns.

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of World Gym Cairns. You'll engage with prospective members, conduct club tours, explain membership options, and help people find the right membership to suit their needs. You’ll also support our current members and contribute to a fun supportive gym community.

• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Have basic computer skills and be comfortable using membership systems and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or fitness-related role is highly regarded.
