The Role

As a Club General Manager, you’ll lead the overall performance, culture, and operations of the club across sales, member experience, personal training, group fitness, reception, and retail.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, team development, operational excellence, team development, and driving measurable results. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing culture, maintaining strong operational standards, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across all areas of the business.

Leadership & Performance

• Lead, develop, and hold the team accountable to performance standards, KPIs, and club expectations
• Drive a strong team culture built on professionalism, ownership, and results
• Coach team members toward growth and operational excellence

Operations & Business Management

• Oversee day-to-day club operations, systems, compliance, and presentation standards
• Monitor club performance including revenue, labour, expenses, and profitability
• Review reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational initiatives that drive results
• Support strong sales performance, lead conversion, and member retention strategies
• Resolve escalated member concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and high-energy club environment

Growth & Culture

• Support business growth initiatives and local club strategy
• Lead from the front and create an environment where both members and staff thrive
