Job summary

World Gym North Lakes is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to operate within the club under a rental agreement. Build and grow your own PT business in a premium fitness environment with strong member traffic.

You'll deliver one-on-one and small group sessions, conduct consultations, and develop personalised programming while maintaining high professionalism and client results.

Join a supportive team with marketing and mentoring from leadership to help you scale your coaching business.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness is required to operate as a PT under rental agreement.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Current ABN and public liability insurance are required to work as an independent trainer.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor within the club under a rental agreement.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Build, manage, and retain your own client base.
• Conduct consultations, goal setting, progress check-ins, and ongoing coaching.
• Develop structured programming tailored to individual client goals.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation.
• Contribute positively to club culture, energy, and member engagement.
