National Pharmacies Brighton store is seeking a Service/Retail Manager to lead a dedicated team of OTC consultants and drive outstanding health and beauty service. You will coach staff, manage rosters, and set a welcoming store tone that makes customers return.

With a focus on leadership and people development, you will grow your team while ensuring the store remains well-stocked, beautifully presented and aligned with the organisation's Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness

• Availability: The role is approximately 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, and weekend availability is essential.
