Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Caulfield is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our store team with strong customer service, coaching, and visual merchandising. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional shopping experiences, coaching staff, and executing top campaigns.

The role focuses on store operations, loyalty programs, and community pharmacy leadership, offering a sign-on bonus and access to staff discounts within Australia’s leading pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a community pharmacy setting (Priceline experience a huge plus).
• S2/S3 Certificate is essential.
• Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or willingness to complete within set timeframe).
• Strong communicator, MS Office proficient, and QCPP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to deliver great customer experiences and drive sales.
• Coach and mentor store team to uphold service standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising and in-store campaigns.
• Manage rosters, timesheets and ensure Quality Care standards are met.
• Drive customer loyalty initiatives and local marketing efforts.

Your Role:

As Retail Manager, you will bring our store to life through great customer experiences, team leadership, and visual flair.
