Qualifications

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the retail operation while maximising sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, ensuring effective inventory control, supporting retail sales growth, and optimising the use of resources. Additionally, the Retail Manager is responsible for leading and developing staff, maintaining a safe and customer-focused workplace, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
