Job summary

MSN GROUP INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is seeking a Retail Manager to take full responsibility for store performance, customer service, and efficient operations at Wentworthville.

You will lead a large store team, manage budgets and wages, oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and community engagement while driving sales and KPI targets across the retail network.

Qualifications

• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and 1–2 years experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver daily plans to achieve budgets/targets.
• Manage stock to minimise out-of-stocks and maximise sales.
• Build relationships with local community and stakeholders.
• Execute and manage visual merchandising within the store.
• Prepare budget reports, stock take and ordering.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for complete management of the store with the focus on the customer service, operational efficiency, cost control and growth and help drive the seamless execution and delivery of key business imperatives through our retail network

Minimum Requirements

AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver daily plans and strategies to ensure budgets/targets are achieved.
• Daily management of stock to minimise out of stocks, stock loss and maximise sales.
• Build strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders.
• Execute & manage visual merchandising within the store.
• Manage and prepare budget reports, stock take and ordering.
• Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
• Deal with queries, complaints and feedback from customers.
• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor competitors.
