Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Retail or Store Manager experience.

Knowledge of inventory control, sales processes, and basic financial management.

Responsibilities

Develop purchasing strategies and marketing plans, setting pricing for products and services.
Plan product range, stock levels and maintain service quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Monitor inventory, perform stock checks and maintain records.
Prepare budgets, manage expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
Promote products and services to attract customers and increase sales.
Supervise staff and allocate duties to ensure productivity.
