Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience required.
• Strong merchandising capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
• Computer literacy; POS Works POS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OHS standards are maintained.
• Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer enquiries.
• Maintain stock control, ordering and minimize gaps.
• Ensure high-level store and service area presentation.
• Enhance team performance and provide feedback to team members.
