Job summary

CBRE in Canberra is seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three shopping centres—Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping. You will source pop-ups, negotiate opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Leasing and Property teams to deliver revenue growth and enhanced customer experience.

Working closely with Sales, Centre Management and Operations, this role combines relationship management with retail property exposure.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Experience in retail leasing or activation programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source pop-ups and activations for three shopping centres (Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping).
• Negotiate opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
