Job summary

CBRE in Canberra is seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three shopping centres—Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping. You will source pop-ups, negotiate opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Leasing and Property teams to deliver revenue growth and enhanced customer experience.

Working closely with Sales, Centre Management and Operations, this role combines relationship management with retail property exposure,

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated accuracy in managing documentation, reporting and data.
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.
• Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives
