Job summary

CBRE is seeking a proactive coordinator to assist in driving mall leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three Canberra shopping centres. You will work with Sales, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing teams to source pop-up retailers, media campaigns, kiosks and activation partners, delivering revenue growth and an enhanced customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have administration or retail/property exposure, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated accuracy managing documentation, reporting and data.
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.
• Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives
