Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated assistant to help drive commercial outcomes across three shopping centres in Canberra.

You will support sourcing pop-up retailers, activations, media campaigns and kiosks, while collaborating with Marketing, Leasing and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns. You will develop relationships with retailers and activation partners, maintain documentation and contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and enhanced customer experience across CBRE's

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated accuracy managing documentation, reporting and data.
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.
• Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives
