Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a capable administrative professional to support leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three Canberra shopping centres. You’ll coordinate pop-up retailers, media campaigns, kiosks and activation partners while helping to drive revenue and the customer experience.

Working with Sales, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing teams, you’ll manage documentation, reporting and retailer databases, and contribute to achieving leasing targets in a

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated accuracy managing documentation, reporting and data.
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.
• Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives.
