Job summary

Levyl is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead learning initiatives across a premium retail business in Australia. The role blends creative instructional design with hands-on training delivery to build employee capability and enhance customer experience.

You will design, develop and facilitate programs across product knowledge, sales capability and onboarding, partnering with senior stakeholders and the People & Culture team to shape learning strategy and

Qualifications

Experienced learning and development professional with instructional design skills.
Strong content development and hands-on training delivery ability.
Experience in premium retail environments or product-led customer training.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and facilitating engaging learning programs across retail and internal teams.
Creating and enhancing product knowledge, sales capability and customer experience training.
Developing and refining employee induction and onboarding programs.
Partnering with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored development initiatives.
Facilitating interactive face-to-face workshops and training sessions.
Developing digital learning content and maintaining learning resources in the LMS.
Continuously reviewing and improving learning materials to reflect evolving business needs.
